Widow and mother of four daughters appeals for assistance

During the meeting, it became clear that she is a mother of four orphaned daughters.  One of her daughters is still in full-time education.  Zainab is facing a difficult life in providing for their basic needs.

The family lives in a modest house that lacks essential household items, which she cannot afford due to their dire financial situation.

The family has no fixed income or salary.  They survive on occasional support from kind-hearted benefactors.

This widow has reached out and appeals to charitable individuals for support.  She has expressed her desire to work as a seamstress, a skill she possesses. She needs a sewing machine and related supplies and hopes that donors will help her acquire them so she can overcome her difficult circumstances and earn an income to support her daughters.

To help this family, they need:

- Regular Monthly Sponsorship of 50,000 IQD (approx. £30) each, for two orphans

- A Donation of 500,000 IQD (approx. £300) to purchase a sewing machine and supplies.  (Multiple, smaller donations contributing towards this amount will be greatly appreciated too.)

We appeal to the kindness of generous hearts to consider this family’s urgent needs.
