A sick, poor family appeals to kind-hearted people for help
Staff from Najaf Branch visited Hassan A.H. and his family.
His family consists of six members, four of them suffer from mental disability, epilepsy and hearing difficulties. Hassan’s wife is disabled. She suffers from paralysis in her lower limb. She needs treatments, medicines and a wheelchair.
This family lives in a makeshift house located in a very poor area. They receive a social care benefit of 123.000 IQD (approx. £74) per month. This is insufficient to cover their living and health expenses.
To help this family, they need:
- Monthly Medical Sponsorship of 50.000 IQD (approx.£30).
- A Donation of 125.000 IQD (approx. £75) to buy a wheelchair.
- A Donation of 200.000 IQD (approx. £120) to purchase a washing machine.
