Abandoned woman and her four children need your help

After receiving a call from the office of the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, Sadr City Branch staff visited the family of the poor woman A.S.KH. They found out that she had been abandoned by her husband.

She lives with her four minor children in a dilapidated house located in an old abandoned school, for which she pays a monthly rental of 150.000 IQD (approx. £90)

This family suffers from difficult living conditions, as they do not have any source of income. In addition, one of the daughters suffers from "severe vision problems and a lazy eye" and needs regular medical check ups. The mother also needs surgery for a gland problem.

This family urgently needs:

- A Donation of 150.000 IQD (approx. £90) for medical check ups.

- A Donation of 100.000 IQD (approx. £60) to purchase some household items.

- A Donation of 250.000 IQD (approx. £150) to buy a washing machine.
