Many practices affecting young people are being set up without youth input. IARS, a youth led policy think tank specialising in human rights, equalities, restorative justice and criminal justice, is holding this event to promote the youth led approach to policy making through evidence-based research and youth empowerment.IARS is a youth-led non-profit social policy think-tank that was set up in 2001 to give voice to young people to influence policies and practices that affect them and through their work to support youth-led
