The West London Islamic Centre in Ealing is delighted to announce the hosting of the internationally acclaimed Exhibition Islam at the Masjid for a full 3-day this coming weekend on Saturday 14th - Monday 16th February 2009. Following extensive and incessant media coverage received by Islam and Muslims, Mosques are often the focus of enquiry and curiosity. We warmly invite everyone from all ages and backgrounds to enjoy this unique opportunity to raise questions, exchange opinions and explore first-hand the richness and wondrous heritage of one of the world's most talked about faiths, in a welcoming and friendly environment. Exhibition Islam combines an audacious poster display, engaging and informative multimedia presentations, enchanting Islamic artwork and an exclusive display of rare historical manuscripts and artefacts from across the Muslim world, that together provide an illuminating insight into Islamic civilisation and traditions.
