Donated items on offer at the Garrington auction include a round of golf with footballers Jamie Redknapp and Tim Sherwood at Wisley golf course; Valentines dinner for two at Michelin-starred Tom Aikens restaurant; tickets for Ricky Gervais' live Fame tour; a signed copy of Graham Norton's autobiography; and various other items of signed sports memorabilia.

Garrington donates a percentage of their fee to Broadway for every successful property transaction.

The ten auction lots raised £5,230 for Broadway. Garrington's Chief Executive is Phil Spencer, presenter of Channel Four's Location and Relocation programmes, and he said: "It was good to see London’s agents helping those less fortunate than themselves."
