Appeal: A young girl is need Physiotherapy which is easily available in Iran, her father is missed

Rugaya Mohamed Abdel-Khalek, a year-old: 10 years girl, whose father been missing since 2007.She is paralysis. She isn’t able to walk because her legs and hand are week as a result of her illness. She stopped talking her medicine as the family can’t afford them, she is in need of stimulants as well as other medicine and physiotherapy, the total cost of the treatment is about 35-60 thousand Iraqi dinars.

As for the treatment, it isn’t available in Iraq. And easily available in Iran where the success rate among children is very high.

Rugaya is a very smart young girl, her mother send her to the National Institute for Children with special Needs in Jadiriyah district in Baghdad. The cost of transport to and from the institute about 50 thousands Iraqi dinar per month, which forced the mother to send her daughter only twice a week as it is too expensive.
