Baghdad - Citizens' Advice And Care Centre (Sadr City branch).
On Saturday 24/11/2012 the Centre's staff distributed 100 food parcels to families of orphans and needy families from the area, each parcel containing the following foodstuffs:
1.Kilogram bag of rice
2.Kilogram bag of lentils
3. Tray tomato paste
4.One-and-a-half kilogram chicken
Note that the value of these foodstuffs totalled a million Dinars, being donations which arrived at the Centre from a charity organisation distributed on the occasion of the remembrance of the martyrdom of Imam Al-Hussein (peace be on him).
In connection with that the Centre's staff distributed clothing and furniture to 20 needy families, being the result of donations from well-wishers from the good people in addition to the Centre's staff and other charitable bodies.
