After the Centre's staff published an appeal for help (some months ago) regarding the boy Qasim Kadhim Hadi, who was suffering from strabismus in both of his eyes, some of the good people answered the appeal by donating to him the sum of 750,000 Dinars for the purpose of undergoing the necessary operation which was undertaken by the doctor specialised in eye surgery Dhia Jiwad Al-Miali on 23/9/2012 in the Al-Amir Al-Ahli Hospital in Najaf. The cost of the operation exceeded the donated amount by 100,000 Dinars and was bridged by the family of the boy.
We in our turn thank the good people who, if not for their donations, the boy Qasim Kadhim would not have been able to undergo the surgical operation to his eyes which was crowned with total success, and praise Allah that he is able to continue his studies and, before that, his normal life.
