During a field visit made by the Centre's staff to the family of the disabled Nor Hidr, 20 years old and afflicted with congenital quadriplegia, it appears that the young woman Huda needs medical necessities like a medicinal food table to the value of 75,000 Iraqi Dinars and other expenses. Her family composed of six members live a difficult material existence, and what the father of the handicapped woman earns from his daily work does not cover the living expenses let alone pay the rent of the house.
