Baghdad - Citizens' Advice And Care Centre (Sadr City branch)

Resulting from the combined co-operation between the Citizens' Advice And Care Centre (Sadr City branch) and other charitable institutions, the Centre's staff received 64 food parcels from the Gadir Cultural and Social Foundation which is one of the branches of the Al-Khilani Cultural Foundation. The Centre announced the distribution of these packages among 64 families of widows, divorcees and the needy, included in every food basket was a collection of foodstuffs as follows:

1. bag of rice

2. bag of lentils

3. bag of chick-peas

4. bag of kidney beans

5. tin of puree

6. bottle of oil

The distribution operation was completed in the presence of Sheikh Ali Sibar (Gadir Foundation official) who explained the services offered by the Khilani Foundation, showing his readiness to co-operate with the Centre.
