Dhi Qar - Citizens' Advice And Care Centre (Al-Nasiriya branch)

The Centre's staff made a visit on 30/10/12 to the house of Mr Abd Allah Haidar Shidhar and his family composed of a wife and five children, answering to the request of the head of the family to visit his house in the Al-Tijawiz district. The children are paralysed and the wife suffers from acute feminine illnesses, the family living in wretched material conditions - the house lacking the simplest facilities of life: they have no water tank, no electricity, no running water, no refrigerator, no cooker, not even lighting or cooking utensils. After the Centre's staff returned to the office they began to seek good folk to help this very poor family, and (praise Allah) the Centre got a donor who offered a sum of donations to the value of 150,000 Dinars to buy gas lighting with a gas bottle supplying a cooker to cook the food, just as clothing and cooking utensils were collected by the staff and some donors. This aid was bought and delivered to the  aforementioned family as is shown in the pictures.
