Sadr City Advice Centre refers a group of patients to medical committees thereby helping them to get the requested treatment.

The mother of the patient Hashim Karim (afflicted with (RIBAIYA FALUT?) wept for joy after the success of her son's operation, then raised her hands to call for the wellbeing of the Centre's staff who helped her son to get the necessary treatment after referring him to the medical committees.

It is worth mentioning that the Citizens' Advice And Care Centre ( Sadr City branch) transferred during the current month three other patients to the medical committees in the Health Ministry. They are as follows:

1. Yusuf Mohammed, 7 years of age, suffering from a congenital malformation of the hand. He underwent a previous operation six month ago and he now requires another.

2. Fadhal Muhassan, 48 years of age suffering from a displacement of the vertebrae requiring an operation on them.

3. Fadhal Jibar, afflicted with blindness in one eye and the proportion of vision in the other eye being very little, he requires an operation to restore his sight. He is married with three children, the eldest of them suffering from damaged brain cells together with paralysis of the upper and lower limbs and mental backwardness.

4. Similarly, the Centre transferred the patient Samirah Faraj, who suffers from weak vision, to the Al-Sadis Health Centre to undergo an eye test. After the eye test it appeared that she needed to have spectacles made up, but as her state is weak and she cannot pay the cost of glasses the Sadr City branch of the Citizens' Advice and Care Centre supplied her with the sum to buy them. She now senses an improvement after using the glasses.
