To begin the performing of his new function and tasks, Mr Abou Al-Hassan Al-Siraf (manager of the An-Najaf branch of the Citizens' Advice and Care Centre) received on 2/3/13 a member of the An-Najaf Provincial Council to research the easing of matters for those consulting the Centre. The visiting guest observed the Centre's activities and the services which it offers to citizens. The visit brought about an undertaking on the part of the member of the Provincial Council to help promote ten applications for social care allowance by a group of needy people registered with the Centre, as well as the recording of thirty other applications pertaining to plots of land.

In connection with that, Mr Abou Al-Hassan Al-Siraf (the Centre's manager) received Sheikh Ahmad Al-Hamiri (manager of the Orphan Support Foundation in Al-Hillah) and after having observed the Centre's activities in the service of the citizens they discussed the form of co-operation between the Centre and the Foundation to serve our noble citizens.
